Sales and Marketing Assistant

1. You will assist in the marketing of the company, planning and implementation of events and activities defined in the marketing plan.

2. You will collate information, maintain the company web site and all relevant databases.

3. You will be involved in the organisation and production of marketing promotions and materials.

4. You will liaise with internal and external contacts including the media.

5. You will carry out a range of administrative duties including word-processing and filing.

You should be educated to HNC level, ideally in business, marketing, or communications related subjects. A high level of literacy is essential and knowledge of web site design would be advantageous.

Two IT Support Assistant's

1. You will consult with customers and provide good customer service.

2. You will perform a 30-point PC MOT.

3. You will perform Windows 7 upgrades.

4. You will install new PC's.

5. You will install WinTV on PC's.

6. You will upgrade memory on PC's.

7. You will provide a PC Data Recovery service.

8. You will install USB Wireless Broadband on PC's.

9. You will install new software.

10. You will use Tech Tracker for software version control and advise customers of any necessary upgrades.

11. You will perform a valet of PC's.

12. You will use Web Helpdesk software.
